Event Concierge

This page is for guests who already have a reservation.

Thank you for celebrating with Jumpy Land.

You're all set to celebrate in Jumpy Land.

 

Here are some important details regarding your reservation:

 

1. Arrival time: We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the event. This will allow us to assist you with the setup and ensure a smooth experience. 

-Additional time is available at an additional cost, upon availability.

15 additional minutes $45

30 additional minutes $95

60 additional minutes $165

 

*Important Notice*

-Guests attending parties during open play are welcome to continue enjoying Jumpy Land's facility. However, all party sections, including private parties, must be vacated at the end of the designated party time. Failure to vacate within 15 minutes will result in a fee of $45 per 15-minute interval added to the final bill. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.-

 

2.Decoration Supplies: We encourage you to bring your own decorations and supplies to personalize the event. However, please note that no tape or adhesives are permitted in the walls or scenario. You may use tacks for hanging decorations.

 ($25 penalty fee will be charged if tape is used on walls or scenario.)

No confetti allowed in Jumpy Land a fine of $25.00 will be imposed for any violations of this policy. 

This includes confetti inside pinatas, balloons or any other supply being brought to Jumpy Land.

Whether you're envisioning a simple and elegant affair or a wildly creative and extravagant celebration from custom centerpieces and stunning backdrops to themed props and intricate table settings, we have the expertise and creativity to bring your vision to life.

3.Ballon Policy: All types of balloons are welcome, except confetti balloons, for which a $25 penalty fee will be charged. 

Please be aware that the use of ballon shine, or any other variant is strictly prohibited in Jumpy Land. This to ensure the safety and well being of all guests. A fine of $250.00 will be imposed for any violations of this policy. 

If a decorator was hire, client shall be responsible for any violations of policies during the event.

 

4.Pizza Policy: We kindly remind you that no outside pizzas are allowed in our venue. However, you have the option to add more pizzas to your package at a additional cost $13.99 one topping pizza and 

$19.99 supreme pizza. Please order pizzas through us to ensure a seamless experience.

 

5.Additional food and beverages: You are welcome to bring any additional food and beverages to our venue. 

 

6.Private Events ONLY: There's an option to add $60 fee, allowing guests to wear shoes inside the facility. If you opt for this option, kindly let us know at least 3 days prior. This will allows us to schedule the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing services. (Standard, Special, and Premium do not apply for this option)

-Please be informed that if catering services are hired, the $60 fee will be automatically imposed.
