DISCLAIMER!

Our information specifically states and requires that each legal guardian signs a waiver for each child and child must be accompanied by a parent or
supervising adult, and following facility rules at all times.

Adults are not allowed to jump in the inflatables. 
Each child must wear anti-slip socks inside the facility.

 

Client Responsibility:

The  Party host (person who booked the reservation) assumes responsibility, and liability for their guests safety.  Accept that Jumpy Land is not  responsible for any accident or injuries  that may occur.

You assume any and all responsibility for your guests.  You affirm that each child will be supervised by an adult, and following facility rules. In the event of accident or injury you assume responsibility for your guests,
and release Jumpy Land, all owners and affiliates of any and all claims of liability.

Age Restrictions:

I understand that Jumpy Land is designed for children under the age of 10. I acknowledge that no one above this age can participate in inflatabl activities and that is responisble for providing alternative Entretainment for guests above this age, if needed.

>Each child must be supervised by an adult, not an older sibling.

All children must wear anti-slip socks before entering the venue. 
> Only children under age 3 are permitted in the toddler zone with an adult.

> No running, climbing, wrestling or horse play permitted in the facility.
> All equipment, games and rides are for intended use only.
> The person booking the party (the party host) is responsible for all of their guests,
and their safety in complying with the facility rules and regulations.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

By booking your party with JUMPY LAND you understand
all payments are non refundable, and reservations can  be rescheduled with a $60 fee  with a minimum of 3 weeks notice. No changes will be accepted after this period.

If party is cancelled more than 20 days prior the event, 50% of party balance will be charged.

FOOD POLICY

We provide catering. Outside food and drinks are only permitted with a $75 fee.

Decoration Policy:​

You are welcome to bring your own decorations. However, please note that the following decorations are strictly prohibited:

CONFETTI, GLITTER ,SILLY STRING

A $60 fee will be applied as a penalty if these prohibited decorations are used, we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our venue clean and safe.

 

 BALLON SHINE, HI-SHINE, MEGASHINE, BALLON GLOW OR ANY OTHER VARIANT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN JUMPY LAND.

A FINE OF $250.00 WILL BE IMPOSED

If an event decorator is hired it is your responsability to let them know.

Power​ outage

​

I understand that Jumpy Land's main attraction is inflatables that require electricity to operate. I acknowledge that power outages are beyond Jumpy Land's control.

In the event of a power outage, I understand that Jumpy Land may need to reschedule my party for another available time slot. I agree to cooperate with Jumpy Land's rescheduling efforts.

Please note that rescheduling will not be applicable if 30 minutes or less of party time is left.​
